1 General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 555zz ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 555zz website, mobile interface, games, sportsbook, and all related services available at https://555zz.app.

By creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing a wager on 555zz, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 555zz platform in any capacity.

555zz reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account and/or through a prominent notice displayed upon next login. 2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the 555zz platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout their continued use of the service:

3 Account Registration & Security

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the 555zz platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, all accounts except the earliest-registered one may be closed and any bonuses claimed across those accounts will be voided.

When completing the registration form, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You are required to update this information promptly if any of it changes. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 555zz account credentials, including your username and password. 555zz will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify us immediately so that appropriate security measures can be taken.

555zz reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation at any point during the account lifecycle, including but not limited to: a national ID card or passport, a utility bill or bank statement issued within the last three months, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on 555zz are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not apply currency conversion fees — your account balance is held and displayed in BDT at all times. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• Mobile Financial Services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank MFS), Upay (UCB Mobile)
• Cards: Visa, Mastercard
• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your 555zz wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Card and bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on the processing time of the issuing institution.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are processed by the 555zz payments team and the vast majority of mobile wallet withdrawals are completed within 15 minutes of submission. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 555zz does not charge any platform fee on BDT withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

555zz reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that are flagged by our automated fraud detection systems. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the withdrawal processing time may be extended accordingly. Players are advised to complete their KYC verification proactively to avoid delays on larger withdrawal requests.

Any funds deposited to a 555zz account that remain inactive (no login, no wagering activity) for a continuous period of 12 months may be subject to an inactivity fee as specified in the account settings section of the platform. Players will be notified in advance of any inactivity fee being applied.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

555zz offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. These include but are not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid-ul-Fitr, Eid-ul-Adha, Pohela Boishakh, and major cricket tournaments including the BPL and IPL. Each individual bonus is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly displayed before you choose to opt in. These specific terms take precedence over this general section where there is any conflict. General bonus rules that apply across all 555zz promotions unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise include the following:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is displayed in its individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, slots, and crash games may carry different contribution percentages. Specific game contribution rates are listed in each bonus's terms.
• Expiry Period: All bonuses carry an expiry date. Any bonus balance or associated free spins that remain unclaimed or have not met wagering requirements by the stated expiry will be removed from your account automatically.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum bet limit applies per game round or spin. Placing bets that exceed this limit during an active bonus may result in the bonus being voided.
• One Bonus at a Time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time unless the specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.

555zz reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is modified after a player has already opted in, the player will be notified and given the option to withdraw their participation. Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means, bonus abuse, or exploitation of errors will be voided without notice and may result in account suspension.

6 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All casino games available on 555zz — including slots, live dealer games, crash games, and table games — are supplied by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game is governed by the rules defined by its respective provider. By playing any game on 555zz, you accept those rules in addition to these Terms.

Game outcomes on 555zz are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified for fairness. 555zz does not interfere with game outcomes. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.

Sports betting odds are updated in real time by our trading team and third-party odds providers. 555zz reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where a manifest error in the odds has occurred. A manifest error is defined as an obvious and palpable mistake, for example an odds value that is clearly inconsistent with market pricing at the time the bet was accepted.

• Bets that have been confirmed and settled are final. Disputes regarding settled bets must be raised within 30 days of settlement.
• In the event of a technical fault during a live game or sports betting event, 555zz will make every reasonable effort to resolve the situation fairly, which may include voiding affected bets and returning stakes.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Where such exploitation is identified, winnings derived from the exploit will be voided and the account may be closed.
• Collusion between players — including in poker or live dealer games where player interaction is possible — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Players may close their 555zz account at any time by contacting the live chat support team or by using the self-closure option in their account settings dashboard. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be refunded to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days.

555zz reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• The player has provided false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age.
• The player has created multiple accounts in violation of the one-account-per-player rule.
• The player has engaged in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct using the platform.
• The player has abused bonuses or promotions in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation rather than recreational play.
• The player has engaged in collusion, match-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation.
• The player has threatened, abused, or harassed any member of the 555zz support team or other players.
• Continued operation of the account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 555zz.

Where an account is closed by 555zz due to suspected fraud or criminal activity, the platform reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, the balance will be returned. If criminal activity is confirmed, the balance may be reported to and handed over to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8 Limitation of Liability

555zz provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability of our services, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from errors, interruptions, or periods of downtime. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service failures may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 555zz shall not be liable for any of the following:

• Any loss of profits, revenues, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses of any nature, whether or not 555zz had been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• Losses arising from technical faults, software errors, or interruptions to third-party services including payment processors and game providers, where 555zz has taken reasonable steps to address the issue.
• Any damage to your device, software, or data arising from your access to or use of the 555zz platform.
• Actions taken by 555zz in good faith reliance on information you provided that was later found to be false or misleading.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 555zz's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The failure of 555zz to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 555zz with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings of any kind, whether written or oral, relating to that subject matter.
